Straight Rails Installation Procedure
Step 1: Install 3 sets of magnet seats on the track using 6 M4X12 hexagon socket screws. Ensure magnet handles face the rack direction.
Step 2: Mount the welding robot host onto the track from one end. Keep walking clutch in open position during installation, then close for operation.
Note: Additional track sets can be overlapped on the end connecting plate for infinite extension.
Flexible Rails Installation Procedure
Step 1: Mount 3 sets of magnets to middle track positions using 12 M6X16 flat head bolts. Tighten securely.
Step 2: Release track clutch, install welding robot on track, then close clutch. Host can now slide along track for operation.
Step 3: Install pressing plate, ultra-thin flat pad, and soft rail on magnet aluminum block using 3 M6X16 flat bolts. Tighten to complete track assembly.
Step 4: Adjust external auxiliary to optimal height. This support slides along the welding gun during operation, preventing height variations and shaking.
