Facing/Beveling machine is a special pipe end processing equipment for long distance pipeline construction. It can process any kinds of bevels quickly to meet different welding craft demands, instead of manual beveling to get higher efficiency. It is also a necessary matching tool for internal welding or fully automatic welding.
Electrical engine power unit is also special designed for offshore pipeline construction, which can reduce pollution for vessel cabin.

Product Major Component
I. Technical point of machine set
1, Good centralization ability, high speed and big force expansion, could ensure stable clamp during cutting. Through add or reduce connecting rods can make clamp section meet different pipe diameters.
2, Tools adopt imitation technology, could cut against pipe end according to pipe roundness, ensure bevels shape and accuracy. Compound blade rod have been adopted which could finish any kinds of compound bevels according to different match. See Illustration 9 and 10.
3, Adopt famous brand alloy blade, features high cutting efficiency and long lifetime. See Illustration 11
4, Adopt unique invented rotating plate driving and feeding driving, form a definite mechanical and hydraulic feedback system, use small flow oil pump, could offer stable cutting, avoid blade crash and engine stuffy.
II. Key point for operating
1, Lift the facing machine in front of pipe end by hoisting equipment, insert the clamp section into the pipe, operate tension joystick, putting all clamp shoes supporting against the internal of pipe, make sure clamp section is fixed in the center of the pipe.
2, Operate quick feeding joystick, making rotate plate near the pipe end quickly. Operate main shaft rotate plate joystick, main shaft rotate plate will take bevel tools to rotate as per set speed, then operate main shaft rotate plant feeding joystick to start the bevel works.
3, After beveling work, operate main shaft rotate plate joystick to stop feeding, put the rotate plate turning 2 to 4 circles in idle speed to accurate the pipe end, stop rotate plate, speed up return rotate speed, and stop, release the clamp section, and move to the next joint.
III. Power unit
Power plant is consist of engine, hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil tank, diesel tank, radiator, filter system, hydraulic hose, operating panel, etc. Power plant connect with machine set by quick coupler, which is reliable and easy for operating.
