HGY pipelayer is mainly used for pipe hoisting operations in pipeline construction, such as pipe transportation, pipe laying, assembly and trenching. The pipelayer chassis is a special hydraulic chassis for developed on the basis of mature excavator chassis technology. The traveling system adopts hydrostatic transmission mode, with small impact on start and stop, and can realize in-situ steering; The lifting system adopts full hydraulic transmission, with stable transmission and good micro motion performance. 3, The main pump, slewing motor and traveling motor adopt the German Rexroth brand to ensure the reliable operation of the hydraulic system of the whole vehicle.

4, The main valve adopts full electric control solution, which can operate smoothly and realize accurate optimization.

5, Adopt high-strength connection structure between the walking frame and the vehicle frame to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient stiffness during lifting.

II. Safe and reliable braking of driving system

2, When the operator releases the driving lever, the brake of the driving motor is automatically closed to ensure parking safety.
3, Through high-speed and low-speed gear switching, can achieve high-speed movement and low-speed creep.

III. Complete safety devices to ensure lifting safety

1, The electro-hydraulic boom limit device can reliably limit the lifting limit position of the boom, to prevent the accident of pulling and bending the boom.

2, The anti-overwinding device of the hook prevents the hook from rising beyond the limit position, to prevent the hook and steel wire rope from being damaged.

3, The Safe Load Indicator (torque limiter) ensures that the equipment always works within the rated load and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment.

IV. Engine

1, Adopt Cummins engine, equipped with unique PT fuel system and turbocharging.

V. Central slewing support mechanism

VI. Lifting System

1, The lifting system adopts full hydraulic transmission, with stable transmission and good micro motion performance.

2, The luffing winch and winding winch are driven by low-speed high torque motor; the winch is equipped with normally closed brake to ensure reliable self-locking of luffing and winch.

3, The motor oil inlet of luffing winch and winding winch is equipped with high-quality balance valve produced by America SUN company to ensure that there is no free fall under the rated load.

4, Adopt steel wire rope luffing, and the starting and stopping impact can be reduced through the use of multiple rate pulley block, with better micro control.

VII. Simple and convenient operation

1, The whole machine adopts the fully electric control solution to optimize the lifting and rotation from multiple angles, with fast start-up response, light, flexible and reliable operation.

2, The lifting system control the boom extension and hook lifting action through a universal electric control pilot handle, Italy HC brand.

3, The platform rotation is controlled by an electric pilot handle, flexible and reliable.

4, The perfect combination of electronic pilot control and hydraulic transmission, with two control modes of fast and micro motion, makes the lifting operation have superior micro motion, and the micro motion accuracy is 2mm under good condition.
