HGY pipelayer is mainly used for pipe hoisting operations in pipeline construction, such as pipe transportation, pipe laying, assembly and trenching. The pipelayer chassis is a special hydraulic chassis for developed on the basis of mature excavator chassis technology. The traveling system adopts hydrostatic transmission mode, with small impact on start and stop, and can realize in-situ steering; The lifting system adopts full hydraulic transmission, with stable transmission and good micro motion performance. Compared with the traditional bulldozer chassis pipelayer, it has obvious technical and application advantages.

I. Chassis Assembly Features
1, Adopt hydraulic excavator chassis technology, high-strength pipelayer special chassis, with reliable quality.
2, Three rib or double rib crawler, nine groups of supporting wheels, and the maximum 30° climbing angle.
3, The main pump, slewing motor and traveling motor adopt the German Rexroth brand to ensure the reliable operation of the hydraulic system of the whole vehicle.
4, The main valve adopts full electric control solution, which can operate smoothly and realize accurate optimization.
5, Adopt high-strength connection structure between the walking frame and the vehicle frame to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient stiffness during lifting.
6, With increased gauge design, improving the stability of the whole machine, more suitable for the side loading condition.

III. Complete safety devices to ensure lifting safety
1, The electro-hydraulic boom limit device can reliably limit the lifting limit position of the boom, to prevent the accident of pulling and bending the boom.
2, The anti-overwinding device of the hook prevents the hook from rising beyond the limit position, to prevent the hook and steel wire rope from being damaged.
3, The Safe Load Indicator (torque limiter) ensures that the equipment always works within the rated load and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment.

3, The motor oil inlet of luffing winch and winding winch is equipped with high-quality balance valve produced by America SUN company to ensure that there is no free fall under the rated load.
4, Adopt steel wire rope luffing, and the starting and stopping impact can be reduced through the use of multiple rate pulley block, with better micro control.

4, The perfect combination of electronic pilot control and hydraulic transmission, with two control modes of fast and micro motion, makes the lifting operation have superior micro motion, and the micro motion accuracy is 2mm under good condition.
