Originally developed for China's national crude oil reserve project in 1994, this system has undergone over a decade of continuous optimization, improving production processes, product quality, and overall performance.

The system integrates two-stage hydraulic actuators with a Siemens PLC modular control unit, delivering automated, high-precision synchronized lifting operations. By simply increasing or decreasing the number of hydraulic cylinders and pump stations, the system can be tailored for storage tanks ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.
