The LYT-type hydraulic hoist is composed of a one-stage double-acting hydraulic cylinder, pulley block, load-bearing chain, and oilway. A key innovation of the system is the use of a movable pulley to enlarge the chain stroke — the traveling distance of the cylinder is precisely 1/2 of the lifting distance of the chain, allowing the jack to achieve greater lifting heights with a more compact cylinder design. This engineering advantage translates directly into reduced equipment footprint and easier on-site handling.

All models operate at a rated oil pressure of 25 MPa, with a rated lifting capacity of 12 to 120 tons per unit. Each cylinder is equipped with double-direction oil-way hydraulic locks for enhanced safety, and reinforced with two adjustable pull rods to ensure structural integrity during operation.

The pump station supports three-phase four-wire 380V power supply with 220V solenoid valve control voltage.
