- Automatic stop after welding with limited stop contacts to prevent over-welding
II. Design Features
- Linear motion guide sliding track for zero clearance operation, smooth running, and no deformation
- All directions adjusted by high precision screw pitch for faster, more stable and accurate performance
- All parts processed by advanced CNC machine tools for improved accuracy and durability
- High temperature spraying process + aluminum oxidation for enhanced overall appearance
- Equipped with special robot welding gun for better and more stable welding quality

Welding Procedure
- Use 6 M4X12 hexagon socket screws to install 3 sets of magnet seats on the track, ensuring magnet handle faces rack direction
- Mount 3 sets of magnets to magnet positions in the middle of the track using 12 M6X16 flat head bolts and tighten
- Release track clutch, install welding robot on track, close clutch - host can slide on track
- Install welding robot host from one end of track with walking clutch in open position, close clutch when ready to use
- Install pressing plate, ultra-thin flat pad and soft rail on magnet aluminum block with 3 M6X16 flat bolts and tighten
- Adjust external auxiliary to reasonable height to support welding gun and prevent shaking during operation
